This is a story of perseverance and love. Minesh saw Nirali’s profile on an online dating website and instantly felt a spark. However since Minesh had no pictures on the site and a profile that wasn’t complete, Nirali ignored his messages. Minesh wasnt ready to give up though. He contacted her on Facebook and the rest, is history.
For their engagement pictures, Minesh and Nirali wanted a chic but organic look . We decided that Central Park would be the perfect location for this.
Of all the shoots I’ve had over the years, this is the first time I had a couple who came in so prepared. They had done their research and knew exactly where they wanted to take pictures within central park. They brought lots of props like the picnic stuff, a bouquet and champagne! I think all the props perfectly compliment their personality as well. I am extremely happy with the way the pictures came out and I cant wait to shoot their wedding this summer!
Nirali can give some killer looks! With looks like this, she would completely feel at home on a runway!
This one below is my favorite
I’ve always wanted to do an engagement shoot in NYC. I’m surprised it took so long to do it! Jimmy and Lisa met online and had their first date in NYC, which is why we picked that location. Despite some of the first dates being in China Town, Lisa still fell in love with Jimmy. Their most memorable moment was at the cafe in Central Park pictured below.
Join me in congratulating them for their upcoming wedding and as usual, dont forget to leave comments below!!
It’s finally happened! I’ve known Diti and Arpit for the past 6 years and they are some of my best friends here in the states. I’ve watched their friendship grow over the years. They are made for each other and I couldnt be happier that they are now engaged!
For the photoshoot, we wanted to get a backdrop of where their relationship flourished so we started at the Rutgers campus and moved on to Longwood Gardens in PA.
They are set be married in India in January. Please join me in wishing this wonderful couple happy life together.
Also included in these series are some my first successful attempts at the Brenizer’s method (Bokeh Panaroma). Can you spot which ones?
