Past month, our lives took us back to NJ. It was with mixed feelings that we left San Diego. On one hand, it is great opportunity for me at work and we’ll be close to friends and family but on the other hand we’ll miss the sunshine, the beaches, the sunsets and beautiful landscape of California.

Above is one my favorite spots in San Diego – Secret caves in La Jolla. It took numerous tries, perfect timing and bit of luck to get to this place with my SLR.

Scripps Pier is probably one of the most photographed places in San Diego and once you witness a sunset like this, you know why.
We recently visited Kauai. Its the oldest of the Hawaii islands. We picked it over the other islands because its one the least commercialized of the Hawaii islands and of the most beautiful. The island is full of mountains and gets some of the highest rainfall in the world. The result of this is that the island has some spectacular waterfalls.
Unfortunately, our trip to paradise was interrupted by health issues. Both my wife and I got sick for 4 out of the 7 days we were there and this limited the pictures I could take. Nevertheless, below is a glimpse of the beautiful island
